This Policy is incorporated into, and is part of, Big Tent’s Membership Terms of Service Agreement, which govern your access to and use of Big Tent. This Policy covers the website for Big Tent Ketamine, the Circle Community Platform, and any related software applications.
This Policy describes the types of information gathered from people visiting Big Tent and from individual users (“you,” “your” or “user(s)”), and how such information is used, transferred, and secured. By using Big Tent, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
The Policy applies to Personal Information we collect from or about you: (a) When you visit or use the publicly available sections of Big Tent; (b) Through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and Big Tent; and (c) When you interact with our advertising, marketing, and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising and marketing include links to this policy.
The Policy does not apply to information we may collect: (a) Through non-electronic communications or any other channels outside of the publicly available sections of Big Tent, including through any other website operated by Big Tent Ketamine or any third party; or (b) Through any third-party website or application, including through any application or content (including advertising or marketing) that may link to, or be accessible on or from, Big Tent.

Information You Provide

- Contact Data, including your first and last name, professional credential(s), practice information, phone number, postal address, and email address.
- Profile Data, including your interests, inferences, preferences and favorites.
- Content, including content within any messages you send to us (such as feedback and questions to customer services) or a publicly posted post on Big Tent (such as posts to discussion groups, reviews or blog comments).

Information is automatically collected when you use or interact with Big Tent, including as follows:
Log Data
Information that your browser or mobile device sends whenever you or your users visit or use Big Tent (“Log Data”) is automatically collected. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, device ID, the pages of Big Tent that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Cookies may be utilized to get a better understanding on how to improve the experience of visiting Big Tent. Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are text files placed in your computer’s browser to store your preferences. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
Your personal information provided while using Big Tent will not be sold or otherwise disclosed, except as described herein:
- Information may be disclosed about you as compelled or required by law, to law enforcement authorities, or other government officials, to protect or defend legal rights, to enforce our rights, or in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or any TOS violations for using Big Tent.
- Information may be disclosed to our third-party service providers, contractors, subcontractors, and business partners we use to support our community, including our analytics and advertising partners;
- When you have given your consent to do so or to fulfill the purpose for which you provided your information.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS PROTECTED
In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure, suitable and commercially reasonable electronic and managerial procedures such as encryption of certain personal information, designed to safeguard and secure personal information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure have been put in place on Big Tent.
However, the security of any information that is transmitted over the internet is not guaranteed. The transmission exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Although measures have been taken to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, it is not guaranteed that the personal information collected will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Policy.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Big Tent may contain links to third-party websites, services, or other resources not operated by us. Any information you provide to these parties is not subject to the terms of this Policy. Please consult the privacy policies on these sites before you provide them with any of your Personal Information.
OPT-OUT RIGHTS
If you no longer wish to receive communications from Big Tent Ketamine or wish to be removed from Big Tent’s mailing list, you may opt-out of receiving these communications.
To exercise this right, please submit a request to membership@bigtentk.com. In the request, please specify which right you are seeking to exercise and the scope of the request. Receipt of your request will be confirmed within ten (10) days. Specific Information may be required from you to help verify your identity and process your request. If your identity is unable to be verified, your request may be denied.
CHILDREN AND PRIVACY
Personal information (as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) is not knowingly collected from children under the age of thirteen (13) in connection with the features on Big Tent without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe personal information in violation of COPPA has been collected in connection with the features on Big Tent, contact us at membership@bigtentk.com. The personal information will be removed in accordance with COPPA.
ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
These additional disclosures apply to California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides additional rights to know, delete and opt-out, and require business collecting or disclosing personal information to provide notices and means to exercise rights.
Notice of Collection
In the past twelve (12) months, Big Tent has collected the following categories of personal information, as described in the CCPA have been collected:
- Identifiers, including name, phone number, postal address, email address, and online identifiers (such as IP address).
- Characteristics protected classification under California or federal law, including gender or age.
- Internet activity, including browsing history, and interactions with a website, email, application or advertisement.
- Geolocation data.
- Employment data.
- Inferences drawn from the above information about your predicted characteristics and preferences.

These categories of personal information are collected and used for the business purposes described in the “How Your Information is Used” section above.
Right to Know and Delete
You have the right to know certain details about Big Tent’s data practices in the past twelve (12) months. In particular, you may request the following:

- The categories of sources from which the personal information was collected;
- The categories of personal information about you disclosed for a business purpose;
- The categories of third parties to whom the personal information was disclosed for a business purpose;

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF NEVADA
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information, including your name and mailing address, to third parties. We do not sell your personal information. If that were to change in the future, we will provide Nevada residents with a method to opt-out of those transactions.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
We maintain information in the United States and in accordance with the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection as the laws in your jurisdiction. By using Big Tent, you understand and agree that your Personal Information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction and, to the extent you are a resident of a country other than the United States, that you consent to the transfer of such Personal Information to the United States for processing by us in accordance with this Policy.
GOVERNING LAW
This Policy is governed by the laws of California.
NOTIFICATIONS OF CHANGES
At any time and for any reason, this Policy may be revised by posting an updated version. If the Policy is changed, reasonable efforts will be used to post those changes on Big Tent so you are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it will be disclosed.
